Video Intelligence for Media and Entertainment Hackathon

Overview

This hackathon challenges you to build next-generation media and entertainment solutions focusing on search, segmentation, and compliance using TwelveLabs video intelligence. Participants will use TwelveLabs Marengo + Pegasus via AWS Bedrock to create tools that address real production bottlenecks.

Requirements

This hackathon is for individuals aged 18+ and requires a team. It is limited to participants in the US only. You need to submit a working demo with a live deployment, a 3-minute screen recording demonstrating usage scenarios, and comprehensive technical documentation in a public GitHub repository, including an architecture diagram and setup instructions. Additionally, you must submit a one-page business case quantifying the impact of your solution.

Prizes

There is a total prize pool of $2,250 in cash. The 1st place winner receives $1,000, 2nd place gets $750, and 3rd place receives $500, all with additional API credits. Beyond prizes, there's recognition from industry experts who can validate your work.
