Society-Centered AI Hackathon

Overview

This hackathon challenges you to develop ideas around society-centered AI, focusing on how AI can benefit human and societal well-being. Teams will tackle a prompt provided at the event. It's a great chance to explore the social impact of AI.

Requirements

You need to be at least the legal age of majority in your country to participate. Teams must have 2 to 5 members, and companies are not eligible. The prompt for your project will be given at the start of the hackathon. For submission, you'll need an abstract of your project, no more than 250 words, and a link to your slide deck for a 5-minute pitch.

Prizes

There are two non-cash prizes available. One winner will receive a $1000 grand prize in gift cards. Another winner will have the opportunity to present their work on stage at the Conference on Society-Centered AI, which is attended by professionals from academia and industry.
