Overview

This hackathon challenges undergraduate students to build innovative housing and rental tech solutions for real-world problems. You'll work on industry-level challenges and have a chance to win cash prizes and secure internships at Roomgi.

Requirements

This hackathon is open to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year undergraduate students of all branches. Participation is strictly in teams of 2 to 3 members, and cross-college teams are allowed. There is a nominal registration fee of ₹50 per team. You will need to submit a working prototype, source code via a GitHub repository, and a 2-minute demo video.

Prizes

The hackathon offers a total prize pool of ₹1,00,000. The top five teams will share the prizes: 1st place wins ₹40,000, 2nd place gets ₹25,000, 3rd place receives ₹15,000, 4th place gets ₹12,000, and 5th place wins ₹8,000. Additionally, the top 45 teams will be shortlisted for internship opportunities at Roomgi, with the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
