Predict4Good Hackathon
Overview
The Predict4Good Hackathon is a beginner-friendly online event focused on building predictive or data-driven solutions that help society and improve daily life. It's a great opportunity for students to use technology for social good, exploring areas like health, environment, or education.
Requirements
This hackathon is open to students above the legal age of majority worldwide. Teams must submit a project title, a description of the problem and solution, a GitHub repository with code, and a 2-3 minute demo video. A deployed prototype is optional. Projects must be built during the hackathon, and you can use open-source tools and online datasets. Clearly explain how your solution uses prediction or data.
Prizes
There are three non-cash prizes. The 1st Place winner receives a Certificate of Excellence and a Featured Project Showcase. The 2nd Place winner gets a Certificate of Achievement and recognition, and the 3rd Place winner also receives a Certificate of Achievement.
