Plotly Analytics Vibe-a-Thon

Overview

Join the Plotly Analytics Vibe-a-Thon to build beautiful and insightful data apps using Plotly Studio and a chosen dataset. You can use your own dataset, under 75MB, or a provided one. The goal is to leverage natural language and data to push the boundaries of agentic analytics and create engaging applications.

Requirements

Participants must be above the legal age of majority and can join from any country. You need to create an account on Plotly Studio and install the necessary software on your Mac or Windows computer. You'll use either your own dataset (under 75 MB) or the provided one to build your data app. Submissions require a public URL to your deployed Plotly Cloud data app, a short description, an image of your app, and a social media post tagging #PlotlyStudio.

Prizes

The hackathon offers over $1,750 in prizes. The 'Chief Viber' wins $1,000 cash, Plotly swag, and an extra month of Plotly Studio Pro. 'Analytics Star' receives $500 cash, swag, and an extra Pro month. The 'Community Choice' winner gets $250 cash, swag, and an extra Pro month. Additionally, five winners will receive Plotly swag and an extra month of Plotly Studio Pro as 'The Peregrine Prize'.
