LUMA Hackathon: Pitch your idea, win up to $500
Overview
This hackathon challenges students to build a functional app, website, or software tool that solves a real-world problem. You'll need to pitch your idea, and top projects will advance to a live demonstration round. It's a great opportunity to showcase your technical skills and business thinking.
Requirements
This hackathon is for middle and high school students aged 18 or older. Teams can have 1 to 5 members, and you can participate from anywhere in the world. You need to submit a 5-minute video that covers the problem you're solving, a walkthrough of your code and tech stack, a demo of your project, and how it can scale. If you advance, you'll participate in a live Q&A with judges.
Prizes
The first place winner will receive $250 in cash. All participants will receive a bundle of subscription prizes worth over $200.
