LMA EDGE Hackathon

Overview

The LMA EDGE Hackathon challenges participants to reimagine the multi-trillion dollar loan market with practical, commercial, and scalable solutions. You're invited to build desktop-based prototypes, wireframes, or applications that focus on areas like digital loans, loan documentation, transparent trading, and greener lending. This is an opportunity to create commercially viable projects that could significantly impact the lending industry.

Requirements

Teams need to submit a text description of their project, including features, target users, and technology used. A demo video of about 3 minutes is required, showcasing the project's working features and business value. You also need to provide a URL to a clickable prototype, wireframes, or a live web application. Optionally, you can submit a pitch deck and a link to your code repository. Judges are non-technical experts, so clear commercial presentation is key. All participants must be of legal age in their country of residence, and the hackathon is open globally except for standard exceptions.

Prizes

This hackathon offers a total of $25,000 in cash prizes. The First Place winner will receive $12,500 and tickets, airfare, and hotel for up to two team members to attend LMA Edge. Second Place will get $7,500, and Third Place will receive $3,000. Additionally, two Honourable Mentions will each receive $1,000 in cash.
