Learning Hackathon: Spec Driven Development
Overview
This hackathon focuses on learning 'Spec Driven Development' for AI projects using Claude Code. You'll work with an AI learning partner to plan and build an application, aiming to improve your AI development workflow. The goal is to gain practical skills and develop a reusable process, not to compete.
Requirements
This hackathon is open to participants worldwide who are above the legal age of majority. To join, you'll need a Claude Pro or Max subscription, Node.js, Git, and a terminal installed on your computer. You'll use a special 'Hackathon-in-a-Plugin' within Claude Code to build an application of your choice. Your submission should include a project description, a zipped 'docs/' folder containing your planning artifacts (scope document, PRD, technical spec, build checklist), and a link to your public code repository.
Prizes
There are no competitive prizes or judges for this hackathon. However, by completing the entire process, from planning artifacts to a working app, you will earn a Devpost completion badge. Standout projects may be featured by Devpost.
