Innovation Hacks 2.0 - 2026

Overview

Innovation Hacks 2.0 is ASU's biggest student-led spring hackathon, happening April 3-5, 2026, at the Tempe Campus. This event focuses on health, AI, ML, and social good, welcoming all skill levels and offering workshops and mentors.

Requirements

This hackathon is for students aged 18 and older in the US. Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members, and all team members must register individually and be listed on the Devpost submission before the deadline. To be eligible for judging, participants must submit a project write-up and evidence of their work, such as code and a GitHub repository. Some sponsor prizes may have additional specific requirements.

Prizes

There are 10 non-cash prizes. These include a Samsung 27" S3 Monitor, Google Swag Kits for Best Use of Gemini API, Wireless Earbuds for Best Use of ElevenLabs, a Ledger Nano S Plus for Best Use of Solana, and Wireless Headphones for Best Use of Auth0 AI Agents and Best Use of Auth0. The Amazon Sustainability Challenge offers Amazon Swag Packs, Echo Dots, Echo Show 5s, and Fire TV Sticks for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Additionally, State Farm is offering prizes for Financial Wellness, including Steelseries Keyboards and Corsair Mice.
