HealTech Innovators Hackathon 2025

Overview

This hackathon challenges you to create solutions that make healthcare better for everyone. You can build AI tools to help with medical conditions, apps for mental well-being, or tools to make healthcare more accessible. It's a chance to build something meaningful that can genuinely improve people's lives.

Requirements

Teams need to have between 2 and 4 members, and all participants must be at least 18 years old and college students. This online event is open to participants worldwide, with standard exceptions. When you submit your project, you'll need to choose one of four categories: AI for Healthcare, Mental Health & Wellness, Accessibility & Patient Support, or Public Health & Community Impact. Your submission must include a project title and description, a 2-3 minute demo video, a link to your code repository, and screenshots of your project's interface. While not required, a deployed version or presentation slides are encouraged. All projects must be built during the hackathon, though using open-source tools and libraries is fine.

Prizes

There are 5 non-cash prizes available. The Overall Best Healthcare Innovation winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card, a winner certificate, and a social media spotlight. Additionally, there are category prizes for Accessibility & Patient Support, Mental Health & Wellness, AI for Healthcare, and Public Health & Community Impact, with each winner receiving Devpost badges and API credits.
