Overview

HackDays 2026 challenges college students to build innovative tech solutions using the Gemini API key. Projects can focus on areas like AI, education, or healthcare, with a special emphasis on the best use of the Gemini API. The event includes online submission and evaluation, with shortlisted teams invited for an on-campus final presentation.

Requirements

This hackathon is open to college students above the legal age of majority. Teams must consist of 3 to 4 members. You need to build a functional model that makes the best use of the Google Gemini API key. Your submission should include a project title and description, team details, a public GitHub repository, a 6-8 slide PPT, a project screenshot, and optionally, a 2-5 minute video and a link to a working model.

Prizes

There are prizes for the top 3 winning teams. The first-place team will receive prizes worth Rs. 16,000 per member, plus an Abhi-Bus Coupon worth Rs.1000 and certificates. The second-place team gets prizes worth Rs. 8,000 per member, an Abhi-Bus Coupon worth Rs.1000, and certificates. The third-place team receives prizes worth Rs. 2000 and certificates.
