Green Wells Innovation Hackathon

Overview

The Gen AI Chakra 4 Smart Cities Hackathon is a 30-day virtual event for college students aged 15-26 to use Generative AI to solve smart city and solarpunk challenges. Teams will focus on innovation, sustainability, and impact across various tracks including Smart Cities, Environment, Healthcare, and Civic Tech.

Requirements

Participants must be college students aged 15-26. Teams should consist of 2 to 5 members. All countries/territories are welcome, excluding standard exceptions. The submission deadline is September 1, 2025, at 3:30 AM UTC.

Prizes

The hackathon offers $380 in cash prizes: $200 for first place, $120 for second place, and $60 for third place. Judging criteria include Innovation & Creativity (25%), AI Implementation (25%), Impact & Usefulness (20%), Technical Execution (20%), and Presentation & Demo (10%).
