Overview

The Frostbyte Hackathon Grand Finale challenges you to refine your ideas and build practical, real-world solutions. You'll get to explore various technologies and present projects that address current challenges, focusing on clear usability and tangible value. This is a great chance to showcase your refined work and technical skills in areas from AI to FinTech.

Requirements

This hackathon is for students who are above the legal age of majority in their country. Teams are required to participate, and companies or professional organizations are not eligible. You can join from anywhere in the world, except for countries with standard exceptions. Your submission needs to include a project overview with a problem statement and solution, a working prototype or system with demonstrable core features, and the source code with basic documentation, preferably on GitHub. It's also recommended to include a short demo video explaining your project.

Prizes

There's over $5,450 in cash prizes up for grabs. The top prize is $1,500 for the Frostbyte Champion, with $1,000 for second place and $700 for third place. Additionally, there are five Special Mentions that each win $250, and ten Theme-Based Awards that offer $100 each for outstanding projects in specific domains like AI, FinTech, or Sustainability. All eligible teams that submit a project will also receive a participation certificate.
