ety.ai Moonshot Hackathon
Overview
This hackathon challenges you to explore the connections between language origins, history, and AI. You'll build tools that embed intelligent, etymology-rich content anywhere online, bring language to life in Telegram Mini Apps, and explore tokenized ownership of language data. Projects can range from simple widgets to complex Web3 bridges, all aimed at making language knowledge portable and programmable.
Requirements
Teams can have up to 5 people, or you can participate solo. Anyone above the legal age of majority in their country can join, and it's open globally except for standard exceptions. You can choose one of three tracks: migrating ETTY tokens from Polygon to a GitBanks chain, building an embeddable widget for word results, or creating a Telegram Mini App for etymology content. You can also propose your own idea related to AI, language, or tokens. Submissions are due by December 21, 2025, and must include a project title, description, GitHub link or zip file, an explanation of your project and technologies, and a working demo. A short demo video is optional but recommended.
Prizes
There's a total of over $750 in cash prizes. The Best Overall Hack will win $400 in cash or stablecoin equivalent. The Best Telegram Mini App will receive $250. A Community Award, chosen by participants and mentors, comes with $100. Additionally, the Most Original Idea will be recognized with a limited-edition ety.ai NFT and a feature on their homepage and newsletter.
