codeLinc 10 with Lincoln Financial & AWS

Overview

codeLinc 10, hosted by Lincoln Financial Group and sponsored by AWS, is a 24-hour hackathon challenging students (ages 16+) to solve real-world technical challenges, with a focus on Enterprise, Fintech, and Machine Learning/AI. Participants will work under the guidance of Lincoln's developers.

Requirements

Participants must be students aged 16+ and must be actively enrolled in an educational institution. Teams should consist of 3-7 people, with each participant only being a member of one team. Submissions must include a mobile application or programming project aligned with provided templates, developed solely for the challenge, be the original work of the registrant, be a complete solution at the time of submission, and be presented in English. A project packet including the application, source code link, login credentials, a written description, and a brief demonstration video is required. The application should not contain third-party proprietary code and must document any components with future licensing costs.

Prizes

$6,750 in cash prizes: 1st Place ($3,500), 2nd Place ($1,500), 3rd Place ($750), and a Technical Innovation Award sponsored by Accenture ($1,000). Prize money is divided equally among team members and will be awarded via check within two to four weeks.
