Bharat Bricks Hacks 2026: IIT Bombay

Overview

Bharat Bricks Hacks 2026 is a data and AI hackathon hosted by IIT Bombay, challenging you to use Databricks to transform unstructured data and make a real impact. Collaborate with fellow students and compete for cash prizes using your AI skills.

Requirements

This hackathon is specifically for IIT Bombay students who are college students and above the legal age of majority. Teams must have 2 to 4 members. You need to submit a public GitHub repo with an architecture diagram, a project write-up of up to 500 characters, details on the Databricks technologies and open-source models used, a 2-minute demo video, and a link to a deployed prototype. Judges will try to reproduce your demo from the GitHub repo, so it must be functional.

Prizes

There are substantial cash prizes for the top teams. The first place winner receives ₹125,000 and Databricks swag, second place gets ₹75,000 and swag, and third place receives ₹50,000 and swag.
