Bay 2 Bay Hacks 2025

Overview

Bay 2 Bay Hacks 2025 is a two-week virtual hackathon focused on applying AI to solve real-world problems for societal betterment. Participants are encouraged to create AI-based web or mobile applications that address issues in sectors like finance, health, law, and anthropology.

Requirements

Participants must be 13 years or older and can be from any country. Teams can consist of up to 4 members. Projects must be started after the event begins. Submissions require a GitHub Repository link, a working link to the deployed website or application, and a 3-4 minute video demonstration detailing the project's function, the problem it addresses, the technology used, and future plans. Projects must be original work created for the hackathon.

Prizes

$22,718 in prizes including cash and other awards. The Grand Winner receives $650 cash, a MetaCTF subscription, and AOPS vouchers. Other prizes include cash amounts, MetaCTF subscriptions, software licenses (CleanShot X, Taskade Pro), interview cake course access, and swag packs for various categories like 2nd Place, 3rd Place, Best Design, Public Vote Winner, Best Implementation of Taskade, and Participation Awards for up to 200 participants.
