Overview

This hackathon challenges you to build AI-powered solutions for real-world problems in underserved and low-tech industries. You'll take your idea from concept to a working prototype in just three days, focusing on practical, impact-driven, and scalable projects. The goal is to spark innovation, foster collaboration, and create a pipeline of ideas that can grow into startups.

Requirements

Participants must be above the legal age of majority in their country of residence and must form a team. This hackathon is open to participants in the US only. You should build AI-powered solutions that address challenges in sectors like real estate, construction, education, legal assistance, automotive, and non-profits. Projects should be practical for low-tech environments, impact-driven, and scalable. Submissions can include a demo video, a PowerPoint presentation, a GitHub repo, or a hosted webpage.

Prizes

There is $1,000 in cash for the first-place winner. The top three winners will also receive a Medina Labs Trophy. Additional prizes beyond the cash are also available.
