AWS AI Hackathon Hong Kong

Overview

Join the AWS AI Hackathon Hong Kong to build future solutions for the city using AI. This event challenges developers to create groundbreaking AI applications that can transform key industries like retail, tourism, F&B, and fintech. You'll be using Amazon Q Developer or Kiro to address real-world problems in Hong Kong.

Requirements

Participants must be 18 years or older and located in specific eligible countries and territories. Teams are encouraged to participate. The core requirement is to build a solution using Amazon Q Developer or Kiro. You will need to submit a text description of your project, a demo video up to 3 minutes long, and a publicly accessible link to your source code repository. A link to a working prototype is optional.

Prizes

There are two non-cash prizes. The Grand Prize winner receives a trip to AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas, including economy flights, 5 nights of accommodation, and a full conference pass. Additionally, 500 participants from eligible teams can receive AWS Swag, such as a T-shirt or premium pickleball gear, on a first-come, first-served basis.
