AIC IC-2025
Overview
This hackathon challenges college students to learn and apply reinforcement learning techniques. You'll train agents to play games like Mario and Snake, solve a Rubik's Cube, and race a car. It's a hands-on competition focused on learning and agent performance, open to all skill levels.
Requirements
Participants must be college students aged 18 or older and form a team. The hackathon is open globally, with standard exceptions. To submit, you'll need a Jupyter notebook with your training and evaluation code, a short video clip (under 30 seconds) showing your agent's success, and a README file detailing your setup, algorithm choices, and how to reproduce your results. You also need to provide your final score or metric.
Prizes
There is a total prize pool of $200 for the top overall performers across the entire series. The prizes will be awarded to the top three winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place), and they will be announced in the AIC Discord channel.
