Overview

305 Hack Fall '25 is an in-person hackathon hosted by CODE CRUNCH, ColorStack at FIU, and CAHSI at FIU, taking place in Downtown Miami from September 19-21, 2025. The event's theme is 'Smart Cities,' encouraging participants to build solutions for connected, sustainable, and innovative urban living.

Requirements

Participants must be 16 years or older. High school students under 18 require an adult present for overnight participation. The hackathon is open to all majors from any university. Registration must be completed via hacks-at-fiu.vercel.app.

Prizes

The hackathon offers 7 non-cash prizes, including First Place prizes for each of the four tracks, each receiving a Certificate and Azure Open AI Credits ($800 for Smart Infrastructure, $400 for Smart City Tech, $400 for Tech Unicorn, and $400 for Smart Cities & Future Innovation). Additional awards include Most Innovative, Best Design, and Community Impact, each with a Certificate.
