Users can @-mention specific records (people, companies, deals, tasks, notes) to scope questions. The system supports voice input and maintains a persistent, searchable history.
• MCP Server:Relaticle provides 37 tools for external agents to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations and analyze CRM data. This allows any agent speaking the Model Context Protocol to interact with the CRM.
• AI Provider Flexibility:Inference runs through whichever AI provider the team configures, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, or open-source models. Conversation history is stored only in the user's Relaticle database; Relaticle never trains on user data.

• Destructive Action Safety:Operations that delete or update existing records require explicit approval via an approval card. Approved destructive actions can be undone within 5 seconds via a toast notification.
• Data Ownership:As a self-hosted solution, users own their data completely. Migrations from other CRMs are supported via CSV imports with column mapping, validation, and error handling.
