Notion Custom Agents are available for a free trial until May 3, 2026. After the trial, they will use Notion credits, which are an extra purchase for Business and Enterprise plans. The number of credits used depends on how much work the agents do and how complex it is. Your workspace gets a set amount of credits each month, and any unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

They also include protection against prompt injection. Notion does not use your company's information to train its AI models, and for enterprise customers, there is no data retention.
