Manus Agents for Telegram

Manus Agents offers a new and simple way to use Manus AI directly within your favorite messaging apps. The first app to support this is Telegram. This feature is available to everyone, no matter which subscription plan they have. The goal is to make having a personal AI agent easy to access without the usual hassle of complicated setup, ongoing maintenance, or unexpected costs.

Manaus Agents can be connected in just a few seconds. You simply open the Agents tab in your Manus workspace, scan a QR code, and link your Telegram account. This means no complicated command lines, configuration files, or API tokens are needed. You get the full power of Manus, including its ability to reason, use tools, and complete tasks that require multiple steps, all through chat. It also supports the main web features of Manus.

Users can perform full Manus tasks right from their chat. This includes starting multi-step jobs like research, processing data, or creating reports and PDFs, with the results sent back to the chat. The agent can also work with voice messages, pictures, and files. It can understand spoken words, figure out what you need, make changes to images, and give you the results in the conversation without you needing to handle files yourself. You can even tell the agent how you want it to respond, whether you prefer short answers, detailed ones, or a more conversational style. Plus, you can choose between two AI models Manus 1.6 Max for difficult reasoning and creative work, or Manus 1.6 Lite for quicker everyday tasks.

Use Cases

Manus Agents can help with many real-world tasks. For example, you can set it up to prepare for your weekly meetings by having it review emails and summarize what needs to be discussed and prepared, sending the summary directly to your chat. It can also create different versions of a profile picture from a photo you share. If you have a product image and a short description, the agent can help create ideas for a launch video, including scene suggestions and visual directions.

Getting started is easy and takes only four steps: open the Agents tab in your Manus workspace, click Connect, scan the QR code or click the link to open the chat, and then start messaging. The agent is ready to go without any need for terminal or server setup.

Vibes

The Manus agent is designed for safety. It can only access messages sent directly to it in a private chat. It cannot see other Telegram conversations, groups, or your contacts. The agent is built to handle complex tasks and manage smaller jobs using all the tools available in Manus. You can send voice messages, and the agent will transcribe them and act on them. While Telegram is the first platform supported, the company is actively working on adding more messaging apps.
