Capable allows you to invite your team, gather departments into groups, and share relevant prompts in one click. You can also connect your own OpenAI API Key and use Capable for free forever. The platform provides over 50 ready-to-use templates for various roles to help you start seamlessly. At Capable, customer satisfaction is a priority. They offer a hassle-free refund policy designed to be fair and transparent. If you're not happy with the Capable "Teams" plan within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund—no questions asked. If you're on an annual plan and decide to cancel, they'll issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. If you've been wrongly charged or accidentally subscribed, contact them and they'll correct the issue with a full refund. To request a refund, simply email them at support@thecapable.io. Refunds are typically processed within 1-5 business days after your request. The Capable team works 24/7 to ensure you get the best user experience of repetitive work automation. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time if you haven't been satisfied with the platform experience. Your access to the paid plan will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and you can ask for a refund for the unused portion of your subscription due to the refund policy.
