Biblion

Biblion uses something called "Agoric computing" to manage who can access files and join libraries. Library creators can set up systems using credits or tokens to make sure members contribute fairly to what they use. These internal tokens can be used to get more data within the system or even traded between different libraries, which encourages people to work together. This system could also be used in the future to pay for data to be sent through private networks.
